Fees & scheduling.

Fees are posted below in USD, with VND equivalents for clinic appointments. We do not bill insurance directly, but provide itemised receipts suitable for submission to international insurance carriers. Payment is collected at the time of service.

Standard clinic fees

Fees are listed in USD with VND equivalents. Westlake Psychiatry is not yet open — we are not currently scheduling new patient appointments at the clinic. Please see the scheduling section below.

Existing patients of Dr. Allison are welcome to contact us directly to discuss continuity of care arrangements ahead of our opening.
Self-pay rates: Fees listed here are self-pay rates. Patients planning to seek reimbursement from international insurance are encouraged to confirm their out-of-network benefits in advance.
Fee reviews: Fees are reviewed and adjusted annually. Current patients are notified at least 30 days in advance of any change.

Booking an appointment

Westlake Psychiatry is not yet open and is not currently scheduling new patient appointments at the clinic. The Jane App booking system is live for those who wish to create an account and join the waitlist.

You can create a patient account now. Online scheduling for clinic appointments will open closer to our fall 2026 launch.

Existing patients

If you have previously seen Dr. Allison and wish to continue care, please create an account in the booking system to hold your place — and write to us directly so we are aware of your timeline and near-term needs. Dr. Allison holds a California medical license and may be able to provide limited online consultation for continuity patients outside Vietnam later in summer 2026.

Westlake Psychiatry does not offer emergency or walk-in services. If you require urgent psychiatric care, please visit our resources page.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments & cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.

All Appointments 24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule 24 hrs
Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee — there are no exceptions. Please arrive a few minutes early; appointments begin and end at their scheduled time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Insurance & superbills

We do not bill insurance directly. Most international insurance plans covering specialist psychiatric care will accept our documentation for reimbursement.

Upon request, we provide a detailed itemised receipt — a superbill — containing all information required by international insurance carriers for direct reimbursement claims. This includes diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and provider credentials. We recommend contacting your insurer before your first appointment to confirm your out-of-network psychiatric benefits.

Extended Services

In-person visits & hospital consultations

In-person consultations — whether at a patient's home or at a hospital in Hà Nội — are available by arrangement at $500 per visit. Where clinically appropriate, teleconsultation may be a more accessible and affordable alternative. Please contact us to discuss.
